So next thursday I start my new tour with The A.K.A.s and the Bouncing Souls! We go to orlando for 2 days and then to Tampa, would love to see all your lovely faces! Then I am out for another week filming this band record their new album. BTW Did i mention im collaborating with mike to create the new album artwork and at the very least a preorder editon for the new album! Heres the dates:

So since my stories seem to bore everyone i tell or people just really prove to have a lack of interest i'm saying fuck that i'll write here! So here we go with my story last night!
So around 7 i talked to Mike Ski regarding touring with them and the Bouncing Souls over spring break! And how it will work out etc. etc. and also a discussion on my independent publishing class on creating a 34 page booklet that would be cool on warped tour. This turned into a discussion on a limited edition pre-order only edition of the new cd that will feature my artwork, layout and design in collaboration with Mike. Super stoked! We started discussing packaging and its just something that is really exciting and I haven't been excited about alot of things lately. Moving on. It was then discussed staying an extra week and filming the recording process. something that is a possible added bonus on the new cd! so all this is going down and i became super stoked.
Next after this conversation i knew i was going to go out with my pals christina and theresa and get quote unquote naked wasted! Inviting others along to join but alas it was the three of us. Before leaving i made myself five cocktails danced in my room to gwen stefani, rocksteady, and parts of return of saturn. It was crazy awesome and loved everyminute of it. Left met up with Xtina and Theresa and we headed on over to Bowery Electric where we had fun revisited old times made new friends, constantine, and gina! Had two more beers bought gina a shot and she gave me a drink ticket that lovely lady and i got a drink of jameson and redbull! delicious FROM THIS POINT ON I WAS REAALLLLY NAKED WASTED! Theresa and xTINA decided to go home because of time restraints of the lirr,,, so lame but i love those bitches. I headed to williamsburg because of text i got from Mandy
Met up with her and Michael, met more new friends sunny, brendon?, and nicky. We all chatted it up and had a blast made a few great jokes i think they were great everyone laughed i showed off my dance moves and fucking fell flat on my ass, hahah it was so embarassing but sooo funny. loved every minute of it. Party Monster was playing in the background and i believe Michael was like whose that hot chick on the screen to which i said wait that Mackauley Kaulken (sp?) ahhahahhahah. Then went outside to go smoke the "stimulus package joint" ahhaha it was basically all filter and a baby amount of weed. Utterly fun. It was 4 when we left and i decided to cab it because i heard the train and it said 35 more minutes to the next L train.... FUCK THAT! So half hour later and 13 dollars shorter in my pocket i was home! Lots of fun way tooo crazy, or just not crazy enough!

Ok so this is starting off weird but its got a point so hold your horses. So has anyone seen the episode of Will and Grace where they go to Wills boyfriend, Vincents house out on Long Island for I think its Thanksgiving Dinner and Vincent the whole time thinks his Dad just hates him and is cynical towards him when Vincent is just obviously being overly dramatic with comments like this:
Dad: Hey Vincent does the color on the TV look off to you...
Vincent: Yeh it does Pops it looks a little green
Dad: Yeh your right it does look a little green
Vincent: Thank you for justifying me daddy i love you soo much...
Dad: Wait its not green its RED!
Vincent: WHY WON'T YOU JUST LOVE ME!
So ok i feel like this is the scenerio that could be happening with me and my typography teacher. I feel like everything i do just sucks and he is hilarious but i often think he thinks im just retarded. I don't know if thats the case or not but it just feels like it thats why i read you the WILL AND GRACE scenario to give you a clue as to what might be happening and might not be i have no clue lol,

I like to pride myself on making things happen for myself, an internship here, a design there, and this comes back sometimes and this time it did with being invited to be apart of the DEMAND IN DC and Art/Music show that is happening on Inauguration Day in DC at the Black Cat. I will be displaying a new piece I created that has a slight political twist as do all of the pieces. Anti-Flag and the A.K.A.s will be playing the show along with two other bands! Should be quite the time and i look forward to listening and viewing all of the work.
Side note to this the piece that i created also is being used for a background on flyers/posters/web posters for the Delinquints with the A.K.A.s and the Artists Life for their canadian tour! Super stoked!

stellastarr* - went to 3 open shows and 1 private one i think i have heard everything so far and its sounds different and amazing when they either find a label or get enough money to self release it i will be stoked

Metric - So Help I'm Alive this album i have heard bits and pieces through its making via live material but seriously when will this be released we are all waiting. I know its been discussed that they think this will be their big break and i don't know that it will be they are over playing this....but it should be good none the less

Life seems very game like lately. If one is to long for something for a long period and never recieve it the one longing suddenly becomes bored and moves on. When you loose something and gain it back you suddenly have a new appreciation for it, but when you find that its broken and doesn't work you find yourself wondering was it really worth it anyhow?

Scene:
RV Park in the middle of the desert. Night previous we had made food, tacos to be more specific, with the Phenomenauts. Cameras were out drinks were had. I had a lot to drink. The next morning I am the first to wake up and get out of the back seat of the van and hang out outside. Looking at the mountains and walking around, but worried if i go to far i might get bitten or attacked by an animal. It is the desert you know... Finally people start waking up. We check our emails and look at exciting things on the Phenomenauts bus but they have to leave to pick up one of Maldroids girlfriends. It was then decided that since this RV park has restrooms and showers it would be smart to take one now instead of waiting and becoming a big smelly mess. So me and Mike head to the showers. I start to take mine and get all washed up and find shampoo and body wash products in the stall. I know its probably the worst idea to use it but i do anyways. I finish, Mike finishes and tells me to wait for him. Two other men not of the same group come in to take showers. Mike brushes his teeth. And i say
"So you like my polar bear underwear"
Mike looks left and right....
Scene:
Home from touring and staying a couple days at the Ski residence. Previous to this I had always complained that Mike and Josie never show me Philly when I am in town, always taking me to Jersey or some other crazy place but never the city. So on this day they take me around the 'hood.' Josie shows me her dream home, an old rundown pickle factory. The last time she saw it, it was for sale and more destroyed. Now with freshly painted doors and new light fixtures and a for sale sign gone she became a bit distraught. We keep walking and head to the thrift shop down the block. This place is evidently notorious for dirty bible belt hipsters. Which was even more evident by the jesus fish bike rack in front of the store. Zues, a mini pincher, came with us so Josie had to wait outside while me and Mike scanned the heap. I found nothing and went outside so Josie could peep around. I held Zues. It was terribly windy and looked like a storm was coming through. Standing there I pet Zues and talked to him like everyone talks to a dog. Suddenly two girls come up. One that was wearing a Black Dress with Long sleeves and had long hair with straight bangs, the other i payed little attention to.
"Such a cute dog, I wish I had one," she said.
I say, "You should get one they are awesome companions."
The door opens Mike and Josie come out and see the interaction. Mike bends down and proceeds to say "hey little guy how are you." The girl walks off and smiles as if to say well it was nice but the moment has passed. I smile back and turn my attention to Mike where my eyes became a deathly ray gun.
Josie says "Way to ruin his game." It begins to rain...
